Senior Marketing Associate

Company: TEAGUE
Location: Seattle
Posted on: May 26, 2023

Job Description:

The Marketing Associate assists in executing Teague's overarching marketing strategy, building brand awareness, and the practical application of marketing techniques across the organization. This position requires a candidate capable of using writing, communications, and social media to build and cultivate key relationships both in and outside of the organization. This position will also play a supporting role in client accounts, developing and executing marketing strategies/plans to support both business and brand objectives across existing key accounts.
Why We Need This Position
These days, it's not enough to be great at what we do. In order to remain competitive and continue to attract world-class clients, we need the rest of the world to know it, too. That's where you come in. This position helps ensure that the world beyond our walls is well aware of Teague's role as an industry leader committed to building a new and better world through a powerful combination of innovative spirit, bold vision, and world-class talent. After all, what's the point of inventing so many great things if they stay a secret?
Who We're Looking For
We need someone who has the talent, skills, and expertise to help maintain and grow Teague's brand through promotional materials, marketing campaigns, events, and so on. You have strong writing and communication skills and a solid grasp of the ever-changing social media landscape. Here's what that means in day-to-day terms: you can review specification sheets, obtain and prepare bids and act as a liaison with vendors for promotional materials; track, collate, and maintain the inventory of marketing materials and artwork; assist in the development, production, and distribution of marketing and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs; and plan and conduct market research. You may also find yourself helping plan and prepare for client events, managing the awards bureau, and assisting in various PR tasks. In short, we're looking for someone with enthusiasm, great people skills, a keen eye for detail, exceptional flexibility, and a strong commitment to helping promote (read: brag about) Teague and its accomplishments to the outside world.
