Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking
Landscaping and Janitorial Laborer with at least two years of
hands-on labor, landscaping, or facilities experience to support
county-maintained outdoor spaces and public facilities during a
three-month project. In this role, you will assist with outdoor
grounds maintenance and perform routine janitorial cleaning to help
keep community spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained. This
organization supports public parks, grounds, and facilities that
serve the local community. Most work is performed outdoors across
multiple locations, with some indoor janitorial duties in restrooms
and shared facilities. The work environment is active and
team-oriented, requiring physical stamina, reliability, and
attention to detail. This is a temporary project position offering
competitive pay, steady full-time hours, and a four-day workweek.
Landscaping and Janitorial Laborer Duties: o Perform outdoor
landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, debris
removal, and general grounds upkeep o Assist with janitorial
cleaning of restrooms and facilities, including trash removal and
basic sanitation o Follow safety procedures and use tools and
equipment properly o Maintain clean and organized work areas at
each assigned location o Support daily work assignments as directed
by site supervisors Schedule: o Day Shift o Tuesday through Friday,
6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. o Four 10-hour shifts per week Pay: $25 per
hour o No shift differentials or bonuses available Landscaping and
Janitorial Laborer Requirements: o At least two years of experience
in general labor, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or janitorial
work o Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions o
Ability to perform physical work including lifting, standing,
bending, and walking for extended periods o Dependable attendance
and strong work ethic o Reliable transportation to report to
