Job Description:

championing our mission of integrating cutting-edge technology with
construction practices to deliver outstanding customer service and
project execution. Oversee daily branch operations in the
construction sector. Manage, develop, and motivate staff to achieve
business targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and
industry-standard safety regulations. Develop and maintain strong
relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability
of the branch. Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and
operational costs. Leverage technology to improve work processes
and client satisfaction. Strong leadership and people management
skills Proficient in project management software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
multitask and manage multiple projects effectively Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of construction
