a fast-growing mitigation and restoration company seeking a
Mitigation Project Manager who is ready to take on a leadership
role with direct participation in company success. This position is
designed for the right candidate to start with a structured
profit-sharing and partnership track , offering real ownership
potential from day one. You’ll manage projects, lead teams, and
help shape the continued growth of a high-performing operation. Key
Responsibilities Project Management: Lead water, fire, and mold
mitigation projects from initial inspection through completion.
Operational Oversight: Coordinate field crews, job schedules, and
equipment to ensure efficient operations. Team Leadership: Mentor
and motivate technicians to achieve performance and quality goals
while maintaining safety standards. Customer Relations: Serve as
the primary liaison between property owners, insurance
representatives, and internal teams. Documentation: Maintain
organized project files, estimates, and updates in company systems
(JobNimbus, MICA, Xactimate, etc.). Financial Management: Oversee
budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure profitability across all assigned
jobs. Continuous Improvement: Support business growth by
contributing to operational strategies and best-practice
development. Physical & Environmental Expectations Lift up to 50
lbs when performing inspections or site visits. Comfortable working
in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, confined, or wet
spaces). Extended standing and bending required during active field

expanding organization Requirements: Qualifications 3 years of
experience in mitigation or restoration project management
(Preferred) Proficiency with Xactimate and related restoration
platforms (Preferred) IICRC certifications: WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT
(Preferred) Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication
skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong
attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
effectively
