$80000 - $90000 Client Overview Our client is the 4th largest

with over 215 restaurants across eight states. They also have a
sister casual company with is the largest franchisee with over -65
restaurants across eight states. Both concepts are the leading
restaurant operator for their Brands, focused on growth through
acquisitions coupled with organic development and the Company has

Overview & Responsibilities Responsibilities:
- Overall accountability for the operation of approximately 5
restaurants
- Coach the management team to oversee the financial controls,
operations, people development, customer service and
compliance
- Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer
expectations with fast, accurate and friendly service
- Provides coaching and feedback to team and managers on team
stations, products, processes and policies
- Full accountability for the area's profit and loss

-management -experience -overseeing multiple FF/QSR restaurant
locations (preferably in a franchisor/franchisee environment)
- Excellent tenure at past jobs
- Prefer minimum of associates degree, however, track record of
success and high school degree OK
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Successful experience motivating, mentoring and training a team
