The Associated Recreation Council, in partnership with Seattle
Parks and Recreation, is recruiting for a Summer Activity Clay Camp
Instructor. The Clay Camp Instructor will be responsible for
planning and leading pottery camps for youth 6-12 years old. The
clay instructor will teach participants various pottery techniques
including wedging, hand-building, pottery wheeling, glazing, and
firing. Previous experience creating curriculum and planning clay
lesson plans is preferred.
Location: Magnolia Community Center
Camp Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 9:00am - noon
Work Weeks in Program:
July 24th-28th
July 31st-Aug 4th
Aug 7th-11th
Aug 14th-18th
Aug 21st-25th Pay range: $20 - $23 Hourly
