An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher to support a developmental preschool setting within an elementary school environment. This full-time, in-person contract position begins as soon as possible and continues through June 12, 2026. Location: - Marysville, Washington Key Responsibilities: - Provide specialized educational support to early childhood students within a developmental preschool program. - Adapt and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique learning needs. - Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and specialists to foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment. - Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines. Qualifications and Experience: - Valid Washington State Special Education license and certification. - Early Childhood Special Education certification is required to serve the preschool caseload. - Experience working with preschool-aged children with developmental needs. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
