Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in the Seattle, WA area, supporting preschool through elementary-age students. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed SLP looking to serve in an educational setting with a flexible work schedule, either one day or four days per week. Location: Seattle, Washington Key Responsibilities: Provide in-person speech-language therapy services to students aged preschool through elementary levels. Manage a caseload of approximately 9 students (one day per week) or around 36 students (four days per week). Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications: Must hold a valid Washington state SLP license. Must possess the Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential. Credentialed with CCC-SLP preferred. Experience working in school settings with pediatric populations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Schedule Options: Part-time: One day per week serving 9 preschool students. Full-time: Four days per week serving preschool through elementary students. Position available immediately through March 27, 2026. Benefits: Competitive hourly compensation.
