Job Summary: The Engineer-- III,-- Hardware Product Owner will join
the Development Engineering team at-- Nanostring , working on new
instrument products and improving existing instrument products.
This role will support the hardware team working in a lean-Agile
methodology as a Product Owner for the team working on instrument
automation/scripting, hardware sub-system prototyping and testing,
and reliability testing. The work is highly interdisciplinary and
will involve working closely with product management, project
management, --systems engineers, biologists, software engineers,
and hardware engineers across a variety of engineering disciplines
including fluidics, optics, automation, mechanical and electrical.
A key to success in this position will be a big picture view
enabling one to connect the business needs to the detailed work
breakdown structure as well as an ability to organize and plan
technical work for on-time delivery.
