to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones,
define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and
productivity.

Key
Responsibilities

  • -Leading development teams in a product development environment
  • Ensure project performance/execution
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Schedule and milestone development/management
  • Understand technology employed on various programs
  • Develop program/project cost estimates
  • Baseline development
  • Program/project metric development/reporting
  • Variation analysis
  • Risk/opportunity development and management
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Travel
    within US and/ or internationally may be required - 10%ESRAD22
    YOU MUST HAVE
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science
    • 5+ years as a program manager and/or project engineer experience -
    • Experience with MS Project
    • Experience with SAP and Tableau
    • 2+ years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
    • Due to export control regulations, this position requires US citizenship status -WE VALUE
      • -Ability to create specific action plans
      • Experience enhancing customer relationships
      • Experience leading a team in a product development environment
      • Program management skills
      • Ability to effectively manage risks and opportunities
      • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools
      • Experience with RCCA activities
      • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
      • Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
      • Demonstrated Earned Value Management (EVM) proficiency
