You are an experienced environmental scientist or engineer with
experience working on environmental investigation and remediation
projects. You are a strategic thinker who thrives on the challenges
of these complex, interdisciplinary environment matters. You are
experienced in all aspects of field investigation (drafting work
plans, coordinating field teams and subcontractors, sample
collection), data evaluation, report writing, and client
communication. A lifelong learner, you want to keep growing
intellectually and professionally. Collaborating with colleagues
with diverse expertise is exciting for you, and you are also
comfortable working independently. You effectively manage tasks and
projects, overseeing and delegating technical tasks, producing high
quality deliverables, and exceeding internal and external client

About the Job
We are currently seeking a mid-level Scientist in our Investigation
and Remediation business area. Preferred disciplines are
hydrogeology and geochemistry; engineers with relevant experience
are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be a
detail-oriented, well-organized experienced individual who can
provide technical and strategic leadership on client projects
related to contaminated sediment and upland sites. The candidate
will have rich and varied experience in site investigation, have a
high degree of technical competence, be able lead multidisciplinary
teams, and effectively communicate with clients. The ideal
candidate will take direction from clients and senior leadership
and ensure that tasks are executed on time and accurately by the
project team. Position requires some travel and offers a hybrid
work schedule.

Qualifications
Candidates should hold a B.S. or M.S. degree in hydrogeology,
environmental science, environmental or civil engineering, or
related technical field.
An employee's total compensation package includes annual salary,
company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and
vision insurance, 401(k) participation with a company-match of 1%
to 4% of annual compensation, company-paid life and short- and
long-term disability, paid sick leave (80 hours per year), paid
vacation (15 days), paid holidays (9 days per year), and the
potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company
performance. Paid time off will be pro-rated to reflect part-time
scheduled hours, if applicable.
