Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal Cloud Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver post-sales support and solutions to customers
Act as a technical interface for problem resolution related to Oracle products
Independently research and develop solutions to customer issues

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or relevant work experience
6+ years' experience in Infrastructure or cloud-related field
In-depth knowledge of cloud computing
Experience with public-cloud platforms like OCI, AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States
