Engineer Program Manager Job Summary: Talent Software Services
is in search of a Engineer Program Manager for a contract position
in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be six months with a strong
chance for a long-term extension. Position Summary: The purpose of
this team is to drive the reduction of water and power use in data
centers. Contribute to the electrical side of the project. Primary
Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Analyze and understand the
current state against international standards and regulations to
gather data on the current state of each building. Focus on the
mechanical side by locating and identifying problems, partnering
with data centers and engineering groups, and collaborating with
outside design firms to develop and implement solutions.
Additionally, work on data analysis, define gaps, and collaborate
with partners and engineering operations, sustainability, and
environmental compliance teams to ensure defined plans address
these gaps, aiming for certifications or regulatory compliance.
Interface and engage with internal customers and stakeholders to
drive efficient use of water and related areas with owned and
managed data centers. This includes program and process development
of frameworks to drive a repeatable process for customer
engagement. Work to address technical and business issues from
identification through remediation and resolution. Drive
program/project schedules and status reports. Create and/or review
multiple requirements, functional specifications, and new or
existing tooling to enable decision-making and influence how the
product or service will be implemented or updated. Provide and
support the gathering of data and analysis for energy-related data
and others. Organize cross-functional activities and teams to
ensure the program/project requirements are met and maintained.
Provide program/project schedules and status reports to customers
and stakeholders. Qualifications: Years of Experience Required:
8-10 years of overall experience in the field. The ideal candidate
must have an "IMPACT STATEMENT". They should have the ability to
grasp and understand calculus, mathematics, thermodynamics, and
related areas. While not required to know these areas fully,
candidates should have the desire and skill set to learn them, be
organized, drive results, and be willing to learn. Knowledge or
experience with the following is essential: ISO50001 EN50600
ISO40001 European Energy Directive ISO30134-series of standards
European Green Public Procurement European Trade Schema EU Taxonomy
Performance will be assessed based on the quality of work, plan
formulation and management, and team feedback. Minimum 2-3 years of
experience with Office Products Minimum 2-3 years of experience
with Kusto Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Azure DevOps
