Job Description:
Job Description The Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) team is
seeking a Principal Product Manager – Technical to incubate and
lead new strategic fulfillment initiatives for MCF. As part of the
Shipping & Delivery organization within MCF, you will explore,
validate, and launch new fulfillment capabilities that go beyond
the core offering - ranging from sustainability programs, defining
MCF B2B offering, expansion of fulfillment capabilities for
non-sortable items, international cross-border shipments, etc. In
this highly visible and entrepreneurial role, you will define
product vision, write PRFAQs, develop business cases, and lead
cross-functional teams to de-risk and scale new fulfillment models.
You will work backwards from merchant needs and emerging market
trends to define what a long-term differentiated MCF offering could
look like - one that meets the evolving needs of high-value
merchants while unlocking new revenue and cost-saving opportunities
for Amazon. You will partner closely with engineering, operations,
finance and other product teams across Amazon’s global supply
chain. You should be comfortable working in ambiguity, willing to
go deep into operational details, and capable of influencing senior
stakeholders across orgs. * Own the long-term product strategy and
roadmap for a portfolio of new initiatives in fulfillment (e.g.,
Sustainability, Cross-Border Fulfillment, Non-Sortable). * Develop
and launch scalable product solutions that address known merchant
pain points or emerging regulatory and market shifts. * Define and
measure success through KPIs, merchant adoption, cost-to-serve, and
environmental impact (where applicable). * Drive technical product
development in partnership with engineering teams and ensure early
MVPs are designed to scale. * Represent MCF’s strategic initiatives
in senior leadership forums, PRFAQs, and OP plans. * Build
mechanisms to evaluate early-stage opportunities and sunset
underperforming initiatives when needed. Key job responsibilities
