read on. The TPM on the Centralized Operational Readiness &
Efficiency (CORE) team will own the entire Peak Event
Supportability lifecycle, from assessing deal feasibility to
executing a successful launch. They will be responsible for
managing the Event Intake and Forecast Publish processes in Jarvis,
as well as coordinating the Scale Up efforts with Foghorn.
Additionally, they will be the champion for operational excellence,
health, and best practices across Prime Video. The Technical
Program Manager role in Prime Video's Resiliency, Efficiency,
Availability & Demand Insights (READI) organization is an exciting
opportunity to managing high-impact projects. The role requires
excellent organization and delivery skills, strategic thinking,
strong technical expertise, with great stakeholder management
skills. You will establish priorities, work independently, and
successfully execute multiple projects for Prime Video worldwide
owning the project timelines and maintaining accountability on
deliverables. You will frequently engage business, product and
technology leaders and be a strong advocate for our customers. Key
job responsibilities You have excellent organization, program
management, and communication skills, and a motivation to deliver
results in a fast paced environment. You should be somebody who
enjoys working on complex software systems, is customer-centric,
and feels strongly about connecting customer problems through
underlying scalable software that raises the bar on customer and
operational goals. You will work deeply with engineering teams on
the design, implementation, and drive the delivery of large
technology initiatives for Prime Video engineering group. You will
be responsible for leading initiatives spanning across teams of
software engineers, data engineers, designing and building
innovative software solutions for our customers. You will need to
be an excellent leader and bridge across various parts of
technology, product, business operations and creative. A day in the
life You are responsible for delivering complex projects with high
visibility. This requires building key relationships with
Engineering Managers, Leadership, Partner teams, and engineering
community. This role requires program management, project
management, technical deep dive, data analytics, and operational
excellence skills. You should be comfortable operating at different
depth - diving deep with the team as well as summarizing high-level
progress for leadership. You should be comfortable working closely
with people with different skills and roles. About the team
Centralized Operational Readiness and Efficiency (CORE), focused on
empowering PV builders to accelerate development and infrastructure
efficiency by providing best-in-class operational readiness
automation and data insights. We also focused on modeling customer
demand for all content globally and determining optimal service

history. Come join us! BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5 years of technical
product or program management experience - 3 years of software
development experience - 5 years of technical program management
working directly with software engineering teams experience -
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams,
building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience
building and evaluating system-level technical design - Experience
developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5 years of project management
disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with
risk and critical path management experience - Experience defining
KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US
geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from
$133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year
in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of
factors including market location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total
compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity,
sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided
as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full
