currently seeking candidates for a Maintenance Planner role-based
in Burlington, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader
known for operational excellence, reliability, and a strong
commitment to continuous improvement. With a focus on maximizing
equipment uptime and supporting high-volume manufacturing
operations, they pride themselves on maintaining efficiency and
performance across their production environment. Compensation &
Location: Salary: $81,000 – $88,000 Relocation assistance available
if needed Onsite role (WA-based) Key Responsibilities: · Plan,
schedule, and coordinate preventive and reliability-based
maintenance activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
· Scope maintenance work orders, including labor estimates, tools,
materials, and required resources. · Utilize the CMMS as a
reliability and asset management tool, not just for work order
tracking. · Own and manage CMMS data accuracy, maintenance
strategies, and asset histories. · Plan and schedule PMs around
production needs to minimize downtime and disruption. · Coordinate
planned versus unplanned downtime in collaboration with maintenance
and production teams. · Support reliability initiatives by tracking
and analyzing MTBF, PM compliance, and equipment performance. ·
Work closely with operations to support Just-In-Time manufacturing
requirements. · Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
and drive maintenance-related initiatives. · Support overall
equipment effectiveness (OEE) improvement efforts through effective
planning and coordination. Qualifications: · 5 years of maintenance
planning experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. ·
Strong background in preventive maintenance and reliability-based
maintenance . · Hands-on CMMS experience in manufacturing ,
including system ownership (not just usage). · Proven understanding
of CMMS as a reliability and asset management tool . · Experience
planning and scheduling maintenance activities around production
demands. · Familiarity with production-critical equipment . ·
Working knowledge of MTBF, PM Compliance, and OEE . · Experience
supporting Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing environments. ·
Self-directed, motivated “go-getter” who drives initiatives
