responsible for servicing and installing various electronic
equipment to include security and point of sale. Essential Duties
and Responsibilities Troubleshoots, inspects, replaces/repairs a
wide variety of electro-mechanical devices such as cash registers,
coin changers, security equipment, alarms, and point of sale
equipment. Complete service requests and maintenance repair items
in a timely manner and ensures all requests are handled in a
professional manner. Correctly review work orders, manuals, and
drawings to properly perform maintenance and service of equipment.
Utilize various testing devices, multiple hand and power tools
related to the job. May be temporarily assigned to other
geographical area to provide support with new installations and
upgrades. Other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required. Must be
able to work independently and be a strong problem-solver. Strong
attention to safety and willingness to follow all safety protocols.
24/7 on-call rotation with other techs in your area. Must be able
to travel up to 30-40% overnight. Experience with various POS
systems (Verifone/NCR) a plus. Experience with Alarms a plus. High
school diploma or equivalent. Good driving record is required.
Ability to use a computer and smartphone proficiently. Physical
Demands and Work Environment The physical demands include moderate
with some strenuous physical exertion including the ability to
walk, climb, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist.
Must be able to climb a ladder and lift/carry up to 70 lbs. Work
will be performed both outdoors and indoors. Compensation and
