your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a
Configuration Management & Product Integration Engineer (Associate,
Mid-Level, or Lead ) to support 777/777X Programs in Everett,
Washington . The engineer will work within a dynamic and diverse
777/777X Engineering Change Control (ECC) team. Engineering Change
Control is responsible for enabling effective and efficient
incorporation of authorized engineering changes into the production
or retrofit environment by leading the development, integration,
commitment, and upkeep of Engineering statement of work. The
specific job titles being hired are: 777/777X Master Change (MC)
Coordinator 777/77X Integrated Work Statement (IWS) Administrator
Both require the selected candidate to lead authorized change
through initiation, kickoff, work statement development, define,
and issue phases of the committed change process to meet critical
incorporation targets. They entail daily collaboration with
production value stream stakeholders such as Design Engineering,
Manufacturing Engineering, Business Operations, Customer
Engineering, Work Statement Coordinators, Supply Chain, and Change
Board. A successful Configuration Management & Product Integration
Engineer communicates expectations clearly and concisely,
understands product flow and scheduling, has strong project
management skills, follows-through, strives to be technically
conversant, and builds strong relationships. The Work Statement
Administrator has the additional responsibility of enabling the
747/767/777 Work Statement Coordinator community and will work
closely with 747/767/777 Work Statement Coordinators on a daily
basis. Role and level offered will be based on candidate aptitude
and experience. Position Responsibilities: Strong project

activities when multiple changes compete and be adept at resolving
schedule conflicts Ability to build and maintain working
relationships with a variety of people across multiple job roles
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate
will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location
options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in
engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science 2 years’ related experience Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 9 years’ related
experience Microsoft Office Suite experience Adobe experience ECAS
experience IBEX experience GAD experience ETAC experience

considerations. Summary Pay Range (Level 2): $90,950 - $123,050
Summary Pay Range (Level 3): $111,350 - $150,650 Summary Pay Range
