Job Description If you have experience operating centerless and
cylindrical grinders and enjoy working on tight-tolerance aerospace
parts, this could be a great opportunity to take the next step in
your career. We are recruiting a Lead Grinder Machinist for a
well-established aerospace manufacturer. This is a hands-on role
with the opportunity to grow into leadership, where you’ll be
responsible for setup, operation, and troubleshooting of grinding
equipment while supporting overall department success. This is a
full time, direct hire opportunity for someone who values precision
work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of a company
with a strong reputation in aerospace manufacturing. Lead Grinder
Machinist Duties: · Set up and operate centerless and cylindrical
grinders · Inspect parts using standard metrology tools and
engineering drawings · Troubleshoot machining and quality issues to
ensure efficiency and accuracy · Support training of team members
and contribute to department success · Identify opportunities for
process improvement Lead Grinder Machinist Requirements: · 4 years
of experience operating centerless and cylindrical grinders ·
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and
specifications · Strong attention to detail and commitment to
quality · Previous supervisory experience and interest in growing
into a leadership role · Team-oriented with strong communication
skills · High School Diploma or Equivalent Pay: · $35–$50 per hour
(depending on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
