Procurement Agent - Supplier Operations and Performance Company:
The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for
an Operations Procurement Agent (Level 2 or 3) to join our Global
Supply Chain team for Everett, WA and other locations throughout
the Puget Sound ! As a Supply Chain Operations Procurement Agent at
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), you will play a critical role in
managing supplier relationships and project managing all aspects of
their performance, blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground
execution. Successful candidates will possess excellent
communication skills, a strong desire to learn and collaborate, and
a passion for Supply Chain. This role will directly impact our
operational efficiency and overall supply chain effectiveness,
ultimately contributing to the success of our aircraft production

Position Responsibilities: Conducts risk, issues and opportunities
management. Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality,
delivery and financial performance. Initiates and executes supplier
improvement activities and integrates results into contracting
strategies. Data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand
troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned. Collaborate
with internal stakeholders to ensure that program, customer and
product strategies are integrated into supplier strategies Monitor
supplier performance and resolve any issues that may arise
Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and
suppliers Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and
audit requirements Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/
Experience): 1 years of experience with Supply Chain, and/or
Procurement practices and processes 1 years of experience with
Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) 1
years of experience in a role which requiring strong interpersonal
and communication skills 1 years of experience leading managing
projects Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally
as needed Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3 years of experience with Supply Chain, and/or
Procurement practices and processes Bachelor’s Degree or higher in
Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field 3 years of
experience with industry SAP (System Applications and Product)
and/or an equivalent such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) 3
years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical,
and problem-solving skills 3 years of experience in aerospace or
manufacturing industry C onflict of Interest: Successful candidates

to work alternative shifts. Salary Range: $ 80,170 -101,200 (Level
2) $94,350 - $127,650 (Level 3) Language Requirements: Not
