Strategy is looking to hire a strategist to work features strategy.
In product strategy we work on what improvements and features are
needed to enhance Boeing's competitiveness in the market and
continually improve the operation and functionality we offer to
customers. In general, features strategy focuses on flight deck,
cabin and system improvements and defining the requirements and
business case for successful implementation on our airplane
programs. We also look to the future for what technologies and
drivers will shape what Boeing should be investing in and
developing. This includes defining capabilities for the next new
airplane to be successful. Whether that be next gen connectivity or
increased automation we strive to stay at the forefront of what is
needed to enhance safety and competitiveness for pilots, airlines
and passengers. Successful candidates will be a self starter able
to learn about technologies and features markets. They will be
adept at understanding product forecasting and financial analysis.
Experience with airplane avionics and airline flight operations
beneficial. Candidate must be willing to work across stakeholders
and bringing differing viewpoints together for successful

Position Responsibilities: Leads integration & synthesis of
research, benchmarking & forecasting. Develops integrated view of
the future business environment and opportunities. Oversees
enterprise, functional and business unit integration of strategic
decision analysis. Leads business case development through
partnering with other functions. Ensures strategies and investments
are reflected in Long Range Business Plan. Oversees integration of
market development for industry collaboration, acquisitions or
partnerships. Collaborates across functions and business units to
develop and deploy strategies to achieve business objectives.
Oversees high-level meetings regarding complex strategy subjects,
building alignment and driving decision-making. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or
higher Self-starter with experience working across organizations to
get work done Experience working in airplane development, features
development, airline flight operations, airplane configuration or
marketing at an aviation OEM or supplier Experience financial or
product analysis Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): Experience with product forecasting, pricing
and product go to market Experience in flight operations or
airplane avionics Relocation : This position offers relocation

considerations. Summary pay range : $175,950 – $225,000 Language
