Equipment & Tool Engineer (Asset Engineering) - (Associate,
Mid-level, or Senior) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial
Airplanes is seeking Production Asset, Equipment, and Tool
Engineers to support the 777 program and other initiatives. The
ideal candidate is passionate, creative, and driven to improve
processes and increase efficiency. This role favors hands?on
engagement in the factory — working closely with mechanics and
directly supporting the production system. In Production
Engineering, we expect highly responsible professionals who uphold
the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity. Our Teams
are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels
including Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior Production Asset
Engineers. Primary responsibilities: Supports the evaluation of
program and project requirements, develops moderately complex
equipment and tooling concepts and designs solutions for the
Production System. Compiles and analyzes technical data to
determine the effects on product engineering design and rate
estimates for equipment and tooling. Ensures compliance with
safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic
factors and regulatory requirements. Validates contractual
performance milestones, maintains configuration control, conducts
reviews, prepares plans for productions readiness, preventative
maintenance, and spares. Conducts training for Production and
Maintenance personnel. Develops and implements moderately complex
work-arounds and maintains configuration of hardware, software and
documentation. Supports studies for disposition of assets. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): Bachelor of Science
degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including
Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science,
Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
directly related to the work statement Minimum 1 year of experience
working in an engineering discipline Minimum 1 year of experience
with production systems in a manufacturing or engineering capacity
2 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience (Associate-Level) Preferred
qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5 or more years’
related work experience or an equivalent combination of education
and experience (Mid-Level) 9 or more years’ related work experience
or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Senior
Level) Knowledge of various manufacturing techniques Experience
working in an Equipment or Tooling Engineer role Experience working
in a production environment CATIA or equivalent solid modeling
experience Experience with programming, integrating or
troubleshooting industrial controls from OEMs. Experience using
basic Microsoft Office and office computing systems Experience in
Automation and robotics Ability to collaborate with both the
engineering work force and the mechanics on the factory floor
Project management knowledge Motivated self-starter that may be
asked to train less experienced engineers Conflict of Interest:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Associate (level 2): $90,950
- $123,050 Mid-Level (level 3): $111,350 - $150,650 Senior (level

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Relocation: This
position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Export
