Welder - Tubes and Ducts , to join our Welding team in Algona and
Auburn , Washington. As a Welder specializing in ducts and
reservoirs, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team,
responsible for the precise fabrication and assembly of critical
components that contribute to our innovative aviation solutions.
Your expertise in various welding techniques and your ability to
work with diverse metals and alloys will ensure that our products
meet the highest quality and performance standards. In this role,

Responsibilities : Execute machine welding techniques, including
plasma arc, gas tungsten arc, electro slag, gas metal arc, and
submerged arc welding. Make necessary adjustments during the
welding process to accommodate variations in thickness,
misalignment, gaps, equipment anomalies, and assembly fit-up Select
appropriate electrodes, gas cups, weld current, arc voltage, travel
speed, gas flow, wire size, and feed rate according to the weld
schedule or provided specifications, ensuring accurate seam
tracking as needed Set up and align workpieces in welding fixtures,
blocking parts as necessary to ensure stability and precision
during the welding process Utilize various types of welding
equipment, selecting the proper tips, electrodes, voltage,
amperage, pressure, and flux, while determining the most effective
welding method for each task Plan the sequence of welding
operations to maximize accessibility, ensuring that the final welds
are performed last on complete assemblies for optimal efficiency
Prepare for and follow up on welding tasks by cleaning, chipping,
grinding, and wire brushing materials. Repair defects in welds and
perform brazing and hard soldering as required Conduct flame
hardening, annealing, bending, and forming of details and
assemblies as necessary to meet project specifications Interpret
and work from prints, sketches, specifications, and both verbal and
written instructions to ensure accurate execution of tasks
Demonstrate welding proficiency as required, showcasing skills and
techniques to meet quality standards Maintain all necessary
certifications, licenses, or permits required to perform welding
assignments effectively Proactively request repairs and maintenance
for welding equipment to ensure optimal operating conditions and
minimize downtime Physical Demands and Potential Hazards: Perform
physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs
to 15-35 lbs Engage in various movements such as reaching,
handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing,
balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting Work in
environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and
coolants Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp
cutters, and potential slipping hazards Adapt to varying noise
levels and atmospheric conditions Utilize personal safety gear to
protect face/eyes, hands/arms, and feet while performing job duties
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate
will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location
options. This position must meet Export Control compliance
requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §
120.62 is required. “US Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S.

years of experience with Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) 1 years of
experience working with Microsoft Office (excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds frequently
within an 8 hour shift Preferred Qualifications: Welding
certificate from a Technical School 3 years of Tig experience 3
years of experience in welding Conflict of Interest: Successful
candidates for this position must successfully complete the
Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Typical
Education & Experience: High school graduate or GED preferred.
