seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to oversee the development
of software functionality within our ultra-fast drone delivery
operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring high
standards for certifying airborne systems, working closely with
design and systems engineering staff powering a flywheel of
continuous improvement in drone design and system integration.
Partnering with the drone system development and various
engineering disciplines, you will oversee software and hardware
development, verification and validation, configuration management,
and quality assurance to ensure compliance to Design Assurance
Levels and software development standards. Strong cross-functional
engineering fundamentals skills are essential, as well as strong
technical communication and documentation skills. Your ability to
translate complex system functions into digestible insights and
summarize effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be
critical to success in this role. This position may require a
deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws
and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon's ability to
apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf. Key
job responsibilities - Own and drive system-level milestone
tracking and implementation, dependency mapping, and schedule
updates. - Oversee software and hardware development, verification,
configuration management, and quality assurance to ensure
compliance to Design Assurance Levels and software development
standards - Communicate effectively across all organizational
levels, presenting strategies and results to senior leadership and
operational partners - 5 years of technical product or program
management experience - 7 years of working directly with
engineering teams experience - 3 years of software development
experience - 5 years of technical program management working
directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience
managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes
and coordinating release schedules - 5 years of project management
disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with
risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing
projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable
processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining
KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
