* HARMAN has an upcoming opportunity for a UX Designer to help craft and deliver focused and inclusive digital experiences. Our clients range from internal stakeholders running HARMAN initiatives all around the world, to enterprise clients producing technically cutting edge tools used by tens of millions of users every day. At times this individual will work autonomously, only interfacing with the Project Manager; other times they will work closely with the client and a multi-disciplined team. They will always be asked to implement emerging design trends, with engaging story-telling techniques using dependable work habits. They serve as a single point of contact for Project Managers who are managing multiple projects supporting worldwide technology clients. They are just as comfortable working in a collaborative environment with UX architects, copywriters, and developers, as they are on their own. * Key Responsibilities: * Collecting requirements and wants from the client * Creating everything from low-fidelity wireframes to high fidelity consumer grade assets and communicating design through interactive prototyping. * Reporting and presenting WIP assets and completed deliverables in a clear and concise manner for internal and external stakeholders. * Basic Qualifications: * Bachelors or greater in Graphic Design, Visual Design or other related field from accredited university. * 3+ years of design agency experience partnering with multi-disciplinary teams. * Must have experience in building enterprise grade applications across multiple form factors. * A passion for breaking the status quo while always keeping an eye on visual details and accuracy. * High level technical skills in the latest art and design tools and technologies. * Strong knowledge of iterative design practices, wireframes to high fidelity mockups, visual story-telling, adhering the brand guidelines whilst also pushing the envelope. * An ability to scope, manage and prioritize your own design work. * Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin and Axure. * Ability to prototype using tools like Invision, Flinto, Framer, or Principle * Excellent written and oral communication skills.
