poverty by the year 2030. As the Marketing Manager, you'll serve as
a key member of our Partnerships and Innovation team here at World
Vision. Our team finds new audience segments in America, creating,
executing and testing strategies to gain a response, and if
appropriate, grow to scale. Key to your work will be designing,
optimizing and executing digital strategy, but your work will also
integrate off-line elements as well. While we're working on several
growing and diverse partnerships, our core initiative is focused on
securingnew commitmentsfrom Christian schoolsthroughan experiential
learning initiative called World Vision Ignite. After a successful
pilot year of Ignite, we are leaning strongly into content
marketing across several platforms as we grow our credibility and
visibility in this new space. With this, we're launching a
comprehensive digital presence and robust content marketing
strategy in order to connect with our ideal partners. The future
growth of this program depends on a thoughtful digital strategy.
You will serve as a leader within our department to ensure we are
making the most of all opportunities. A key part of this will be
your ability to collaborate with internal and external partners in
design and development, while also helping manage offline
activities. If you are an ideal candidate for this role, you will
bring a great attitude, analytical mind, and desire to work on a
team. You can easily work with WordPress and manage digital
advertising. You can envision a comprehensive digital campaign,
which might include tactics such as retargeting, social and
audience modeling, SEO analysis, and website optimization. Email

success looks like 1) You lead us to a breakthrough as the driving
force behind researching, identifying, and working with developers
to construct a new digital shopping experience for World Vision
Ignite, which will bring the program to nationwide scale by
allowing anyone to sign up and partner immediately. You will begin
to gain new partners through this platform and associated digital
strategies by Oct. 2020. 2) You spearhead and optimize digital
marketing efforts for World Vision Ignite and other new initiatives
by ensuring our results and ROI make the maximum impact. You're an
expert with SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook advertising,
re-marketing, and conversions. You track results and show
improvements over time. 3) You're found to have a fierce dedication
that keeps us highly attuned to the external landscape. Go to great
lengths to conduct ongoing market research and analysis measuring
our product against external benchmarks across the for-profit and
non-profit marketplace so we consistently stay on the leading edge

We hope so. 05 You bring A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business
or related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience plus a
minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, fundraising or
related area, with specific experience in designing and optimizing
digital strategies, including advertising, email management, and
CMS management. You'll be able to show us specific successes,
failures, and be able to identify why you got your results. You
have a faith-centered passion to help carry out our Christian
organization's mission, vision, and strategies as well as personify
the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and
ministering to others through life, deed, word, and sign. As a

Additional skills we're interested in You have self-confidence,

specific experience in nonprofits and can show by your life that
you care about our mission. You are the proverbial team player that
works well with colleagues from various functions/departments
possessing the nuanced but important ability to influence the work
of others without direct reporting accountability. To accompany
that you can function autonomously, hitting deadlines and moving
projects through to completion with minimal supervision. A
fast-paced cadence to the work? You thrive in this type of
environment in part because you're flexible and adaptive as
scenarios change. Bottom line is your someone who rolls up your
sleeves and gets the job done. You're able to speak to and show
examples of your amazing work (we'll be all ears). Strong
understanding of the overall marketing mix and its role in helping
a brand build awareness, familiarity, favorability, and trust.
Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze raw data,
draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations. 07 Let
