The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. The Innovation Group, a part of PVSI, is dedicated to serving as the catalyst for transformational change across the company, focusing on fostering the growth of big ideas that will efficiently influence business models, processes, and programs in order to meet evolving customer needs. The team actively partners across the enterprise with business lines, data and analytics, operations, and marketing to provide resources, support, and visibility that will help transform business models, products, and services. We are currently seeking an Information Solutions Leader who is data driven and forward-thinking to lead the build out of the Customer Engagement Engine (CEE) Information Solutions. This team is responsible for building and maintaining visualizations so that all stakeholders can see and understand how the personalization platform (CEE) is 'speaking with customers' through BI, dashboards, and other related data functions. The CEE team's objective is to engage Wells Fargo customers in a personalized one-to-one dialogue, creating timely and relevant communications to serve customer's needs. This leader is responsible for empowering the business to make better decisions by developing, reporting capabilities for everyone from product managers to executives. This leader will partner closely with the Data, Marketing, Financial Product, Branch, Digital and Contact center teams. Responsibilities: Build the roadmap and prioritization for the Customer Engagement Engine Information Solutions Lead the development and support of strategic reporting solutions required to allow the insights and optimization of Wells Fargo's Personalization platform (CEE) Develop capabilities for the organization right sized for the initiative. That may mean development of Tableau reports in some cases; highly customized dashboards in others Participate in agile teams and support integration with various systems Partner with Platform engineering to develop self-service reporting capabilities Ensure ongoing accuracy of the reports Rapid development of prototypes for new ideas and concepts designed by business Lead across a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration Lead groups of data analysts, data engineers and visualization developers in successful system initiatives and projects Communicate critical feedback, milestones, time frames and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership Function Operations: Be responsible for all reporting of the CEE's activity in terms of changes to engagement, service adoption, usage and overall advocacy Use of best-in-class technology solutions, paired with advanced visualizations, to empower customer engagement strategies Define technical requirements and deliver quality products Continually develop better ways of visualizing the operation and impact of the CEE Be a relentless champion for the needs of our consumers and team members Build the CEE Information Solutions team including hire, train and retain top talent Instill and foster an environment of innovative solution development Provide strategic leadership, direction, and support to the team, including on-going performance management and learning and development options Communicate the impact of personalization at internal business and functional reviews to ensure that its value is understood and new ideas are continuously generated As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will: Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks. *Pls note: this is an office-based position, not a telecommute / remote position. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting 6+ years of leadership experience Other Desired Qualifications Experience managing a team of direct reports Tableau experience SQL, Hive, Spark experience 6+ years of experience in the marketing data space BA/BS Degree or higher in Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Analytics or similar fields Experience delivering software products in a governed environment (e.g., GDPR, CCPA and/or internal business access rules) Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization (e.g. balancing understanding details with senior executive level communication) Must have a proven track record in the building of in-house information / insight solutions, as well as usage of 3rd party technology Solid understanding of emerging technology and visualization techniques High level of integrity, dependability and results-orientated Embraces teamwork; shares ideas/methods to improve performance, while demonstrating the ability to work autonomously as needed Experience in the financial services industry Job Expectations Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening Ability to travel up to 20% of the time Street Address WA-Bellevue: 205 108th Ave Ne - Bellevue, WA Disclaimer All offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
