As we mature our subcontracting operations, you---ll manage our AMER Professional Services and Education subcontractor relationships including performance management, develop growth and nurture plans, and iterate on the building of supporting processes. You---ll be responsible for tasks throughout the subcontractor lifecycle including onboarding, resource vetting, escalation management, and portfolio reviews. This role provides a unique combination of relationship building/management with an operational focus on developing a new function with an eye to effectiveness and efficiency. Success will be measured by the overall performance of the Tableau Services Subcontracting Program team to provide the Global Services organization with a cost-effective, high quality subcontracting network. Some of the things you---ll be doing---Assist with the development of the Subcontractor Manager role within AMER region Develop and nurture strong relationships with key training and consulting partners in the AMER region Execute on subcontractor program functions throughout the subcontractor lifecycle including partner onboarding, oversight, logistics, and portfolio reviews Monitor subcontractor performance in areas including process compliance, quality, revenue, and strategic fit Oversee issue resolution and escalation management related to subcontractors in the AMER region Identify potential improvements that can enhance the overall value, efficiency, and effectiveness of the subcontracting program and subcontractor experience Work closely with regional Account Partners and Delivery teams to ensure adequate subcontractor capacity and skill set coverage Who you are---Experienced. 7 years of experience in an operational role with success in identifying and executing process and program improvements. Experience in a partner-related role in the software, professional services, or related industry. Relationship Builder. Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with external partners in a way that allows you to address performance issues and escalations without damaging the relationship.Effective. Ability to bring clarity and structure when managing fluid expectations and evolving demands.Organized. Ability to balance thoroughness, high quality, and efficiency within a high volume of tasks.Educated. Bachelor---s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Analytical. Experience monitoring metrics/data for trends and issues. Ability to build, manage and utilize Tableau dashboards.Team-player. Strong cross-functional teaming skills and collaborative problem solving. Self-directed and resourceful with strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.Communicator. Excellent written and oral communication skills.Program Management.Experience with successfully managing a large, diverse workload such as managing multiple projects, accounts, and/or cases.
