Job Description:

Our client, a mortgage firm that has been closing loans and opening doors since 1960, is seeking a Lead Lifecycle Manager. The Lead Lifecycle Manager is responsible, under limited supervision, for overseeing the strategic and tactical development and optimization of retail lead conversion efforts. This role will own the end-to-end system design and mechanisms that encompass the marketing to sales handoff and drive business outcomes with customers through the closing of a transaction. This role works closely with the Director of Field Marketing, SVP of Retail Sales Operations, and many other business units to establish lead management best practices, procedural rigor, operational and process improvement, and analytical insights
Essential Functions

• Own marketing lead conversion process in partnership with sales teams to ensure effective handoffs, improve conversions and ensure a continuous feedback loop on lead quality to lead generation teams
• Design and enhance processes to measure marketing outcomes and lead generation program investment efficacy
• Identify gaps and problems in lead conversion processes and related tools
• Work with stakeholders to determine and document their requirements and business use cases that then convert into documented business requirements and technical specification documents, often from non-technical stakeholders
• Drive a strategic lead flow process roadmap with input and buy-in from stakeholders and leadership
• Program manage the implementation of the end to end lead management system, including driving the development and coordination with larger technical, analyst, and business teams
• Ensure appropriate support and training for end users is considered
• Anticipate and proactively manage risks, and escalate appropriately
• Actively monitor and improve quality of the end to end process of lead conversion Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, some college courses or equivalent preferred, along with:
  • Four or more years in marketing operations or sales operations; OR
  • Six or more years managing successful sales teams
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud required.
  • Experience building sequences/cadences in a Sales Engagement or workflow platform like Outreach, SalesLoft, or High Velocity Sales required.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, strong understanding of process and change management
  • Data-driven and a strong understanding of marketing systems and process and sales engagement tactics.
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Proven experience documenting processes and business requirements.
  • Prior experience in project or program management is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently; strong detail orientation and highly organized.
  • Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. --
