automated peer coaching technology platform.About The RoleWe are
seeking a purpose-driven, Enterprise Account Manager to support our
lifetime customers and their leadership teams to help create
sustainable and scalable culture change within their organizations.
The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for a portfolio of
new and existing clients who work primarily in HR and Learning &
Development functions. Our clients range from 1000 - 350,000
employees across all industries.This role serves as a trustworthy
partner to our customers and provides the expertise and coaching
they need to successfully transform their talent strategy and
organizational health using the Imperative platform.A sales mindset
to grow the accounts and ensure annual renewals and expansions is
essential. Success for this position is providing top-notch account
management strategies throughout the client experience to ensure we
are providing value for our customers year-over-year.Imperative is

ambiguity.As an Account Manager, you will specifically be
responsible for * Transitioning new clients from new business
through deployment, expansion and renewal* Developing and executing
account plans to strategically manage and grow your portfolio*
Aligning the Imperative product roadmap with customer expectations;
linking product solutions to high value problems within your
accounts* Supporting new client demos and launches of new accounts*
Sharing learnings and insights regularly with the internal
Imperative team with the goal to help us prioritize and continue
creating an exceptional product experience* Partnering with the
Growth Team to build client marketing materials * Using salesforce
to manage and report on your pipeline Requirements* 3-5 years of
quota carrying account management experience for a SaaS product*
Experience developing and executing strategic account plans for
customers with 5000 - 100,000 employees. * Experience working
within a related area HR, recruiting, training, leadership
development, performance management, talent analytics, project
management, change management, and/or relationship-based account
management* Prior customer facing role with revenue targets and
expansion goals* Solid experience and insights on expanding and
renewing client contracts* You have a thirst for knowledge and an
intellectual curiosity about purpose/fulfillment, our customers,
and the problems we solve* You are optimistic and can communicate
an authentic, compelling and inspired vision or purposePreferred
Qualifications* Experience using Salesforce to manage a book of
business* Experience collaborating with a product tech team* A
highly driven and ambitious attitude* Strategic mindset and strong
sales instincts* Ability to improvise, learn, and excel* You have
experience working with senior managers and other key leaders that
work with human capital management, advising on improvements in
people, culture initiatives, and coaching skills.* Recruiting,
training, leadership development, performance management, talent
analytics, project management, change management, and/or
