  • Globally unified systems Job Description Scope of Position: The Director of Sales will join our Digital Solutions team in charting our growth helping to define, build, scale, and continuously improve our sales processes. As a member of a new organization within Expeditors, we are looking for a versatile sales talent that has a proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales quota, identifying market opportunities, and building trusted and strong relationships. The Director of Sales must be confident in effectively articulating the value proposition for each of our distinct platforms to prospective stakeholders at all levels; you will also work with internal teams across all functions of the company to help streamline and identify ways we can deliver value to our customers and prospective customers faster. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global logistics organization offering SaaS solutions and to help shape and scale a new sales organization. We are looking for a sharp, energetic and detailed oriented sales leader who is passionate about implementing solutions to accelerate the growth and value of the company. Responsibilities:
    • Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base and exceed all sales metrics
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with our marquee customers
    • Develop and implement a scalable sales process
    • Recruit, hire, train and lead a high-performing sales team
    • Work with internal team members to ensure successful onboarding and implementation for new clients
    • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity to meet revenue targets and goals
    • Collaborate with product teams and provide feedback to help shape future development
    • Work in collaboration with marketing in support of internal and external sales content and communication Qualifications
      • An ambitious sales individual with 5+ years of sales preferably in B2B software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales
      • Passion, drive and the desire to be part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our customers
      • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed
      • Great ability to coach, grow, mentor and build a sales organization
      • A leader and thinker who consistently looks for ways to improve and innovate sales processes and work effectively with internal teams
      • A sales technologist who prides themselves in knowing each of our platforms inside and out as well as the competitive landscape
      • Exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication skills
      • Experience in establishing relationships with Senior and C-Level executives
      • Close business with new and existing customers at or above required levels
      • Understanding of global logistics and/or supply chain management a bonus
      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field Additional Information Expeditors offers excellent benefits
