SmarTek21 currently has an exciting opportunity for a Product Presales Director based out of its headquarters in Seattle, Washington. The Product Presales Director will deliver high impact technology presentations that drive business value for customers and differentiates SmarTek21 from its competitors. The ideal candidate must have superior understanding of technology and architecture and is the one who deeply understands various Enterprise Conversational (AI) technology, Data Integration, Cloud Services, and Big Data products and can communicate well to a wide variety of stakeholders and customers in the context of specific solution offerings built around Smartek21 products; Candidate must possess sound knowledge of current technologies such as Microsoft Technologies, Microsoft Azure Cloud. This role will also respond to Technical RFP/RFI's, IT, security, and compliance related questions, provide technical guidance and solution design assistance to Pre-Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production of SmarTek21 products from beginning to end which will involve using market research for the products that customers demand. You will help to oversee the design and plan how to market and promote the product to the customer. You will define product marketing communication objectives and be able to compare the company's products to the competitor's products to access competition in the market. The Product Presales Director will provide the executive management with analyses and reports while responding to the questions and requests from the executive management staff. You must have the ability to effectively communicate with both internal (including executive level) and external stakeholders, demonstrated experience and qualifications in pre-sales. Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the SmarTek21's product architecture/design features and capabilities
  • Provide technical direction and recommendations for business objectives to carve out solutions as per the market needs and problem statements from customers
  • Provide technical guidance and solution design assistance to Pre-Sales team, such as data and business flow diagrams and documents as required for Pre-sales support activities
  • Provide technical and/or business consultative services during the pre-sales and/or post-sales cycle
  • Demonstrated experience in fulfilling customer requirements, such as product configuration and customization
  • Respond to Technical RFP/RFI on SmarTek21 products and services by working closely with Pre-sales to analyze and provide solutions
  • Working with close collaboration with geographically distributed teams across time-zones. Global experience with product companies & distributed teams is an asset
  • Perform technical presentations, coordinate proof of concepts, solutions, and product demonstration
  • Handle calls with prospects/customers on matters related to technology, security, and product integrations
  • Understand complex business problems and implement product features that are secure, scalable, robust, and easy to implement and maintain
  • Take full ownership of product features to implement, provide bug fixes and write tests and tooling for those features to ensure they work well at cloud scale
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Superior Project Management and interpersonal skills Qualifications:
    • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
    • Minimum of 10+ years for Product Companies - Technical, customer facing roles
    • Must have at least five years of demonstrated Software Pre-Sales or Consultancy experience working on large projects around enterprise technology solutions
    • Experience with Enterprise AI, Data Integration, Cloud Services, and Big Data Products
    • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast pace environment
    • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and work with a geographically distributed team
    • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Hands on experience responding to technical RFPs including technology, IT, security, and compliance questions
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud
