This role may be based in any of our Slalom office locations, and you must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time when safe to do so. What You'll Do

• As a Senior Director with Slalom Strategy, you will be responsible for leading the development, growth, and quality execution of our strategic capabilities across multiple c-level clients--
• Leverage your expertise and leadership to help shape and guide our practice offerings through a combination of business development, solution development, leading engagements, and diving into delivery when necessary--
• Play a pivotal part in ensuring we develop our people across the practice through inspiration, coaching, people management, and identifying critical skills to grow professionally
• Be responsible for utilization and revenue outcomes
• Lead project--delivery--across varying complexities and industry
• Collaborate with leaders across Slalom to energize business development efforts, establish new business, drive the continuation of existing work and identify new--opportunities--
• Set the direction of a capability or group of capabilities, leading growth, and guiding the development/refinement of offerings that expand the capability's breadth and depth What You'll Bring
  • Big-picture thinking and passion for helping organizations solve their most critical, complex business challenges.
  • 12+ years of experience formulating strategies that establish and enable business goals, driving top and/or bottom-line growth.--From broad-based enterprise-wide to critical business-unit level strategies
  • Understanding of broad business/industry themes as well as technology trends and how they can impact, inform, and realize an organization's strategy
  • Established credibility and ability--to build/foster trusted-advisor relationships at the C-level and across the suite
  • Ability to move fluidly between business and technical conversations at the most senior levels within organizations
  • Your mastery in team leadership including: Coaching, mentoring, building trusting relationships, communicating effectively, managing and supporting the performance and career development of team members
  • Thought leadership to drive innovation with our clients
