We are looking for a leader to join our Offer Management Strategy & Programs team. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategy projects. An ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate strategy, and is able to research, synthesize, and produce extremely high quality analysis / documents. Intelligence, flexibility, and strategic thinking are essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a rotating set of strategy projects related to the Offer Management business, taking open-ended questions / topics, developing / executing an approach, conducting research / analysis, synthesizing information into deliverables / recommendations, and socializing / gathering feedback on conclusions
  • Demonstrate thought leadership around the Offer business and how it fits into Salesforce's Customer Success Group and Salesforce overall
  • Develop and present high quality presentations / documents that communicate various aspects of our strategy, analyses / research, and progress to date
  • Track commitments to the business made by the Offer Management team leaders and facilitate an accountability framework within the leadership team to ensure consist delivery on those commitments.
  • Provide meaningful analysis, draw conclusions from the results and make the appropriate recommendations to Customer Success leadership.
  • Coordination and participation in market analyst activities
  • Interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to identify multi year big bets
  • Provide criteria into customer feedback mechanismsExperience/Skills Required:
    • Bachelor's degree (MBA optional)
    • 7+ in strategy/management consulting or internal corporate strategy
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Creative and critical thinking ability
    • Stellar problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions with little guidance, and craft high quality, analytically sound, detail oriented outputs
    • Strong communication and relationship building skills
    • Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team oriented approach to problem solving
    • Strong executive-level presentation skills, especially related to building compelling and easy to interpret presentations that drive well-informed decision making
    • Must be results-oriented and able to move forward without complete information
    • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast paced environment; ability to remain flexible and adjust on the fly to new demands and respond with a sense of urgency
    • Ability to get commitments and holding people accountable against those commitments at all levels
    • Strong project management skills, including prioritization and ability to multi-task
    • Strong teaming abilities as well as demonstration of effective virtual teaming
    • Enterprise software / Software-as-a-Service experience (SaaS)
    • Experience with either Support or Professional Services (as a business) organizations
    • Advanced skills in Productivity tools such as Google Sheets/Slides or Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $121,100.
