We're looking for someone interested in joining our Client Happiness team. * Reach out to prospects and current clients to ascertain needs * Gather feature requests from clients to share with our internal team * Provide outstanding service and address any issues * Onboard new clients * Train new and ongoing clients about the features and functionality of our offerings * Cross and upsell offerings to clients * Measure success against goals * Support general marketing efforts and one-off projects

The company was started by David Niu, an angel investor and serial entrepreneur, who started NetConversions (sold to "AQNT") and BuddyTV. We launched only a couple years ago and have clients all around the world, including Amazon, HubSpot, and San Diego Gas and Electric. Given our rapid growth, we're looking for talented, driven team members to help our tiny team make a BIG impact.
