Those tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Ordering, receiving, and organizing kitchen products, ingredients, and tools as demanded by volume and need.- Proper delegation and supervision of cleaning and maintenance practices.- Creating efficient kitchen staff schedules- Delegating Supervising as well as hands on executing our menu to our excellent standard.- Positively interacting with front of house to help best serve the guest and create synergy between kitchen and front of house staff.- Supervise and control food cost to maintain an efficient and profitable product.- Oversee interview, hiring, and corrective action of kitchen staff. -- Oversee training of kitchen staff to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation.- Communicate with ownership the needs of the kitchen tools, appliances, and staff.- Troubleshoot solutions with ownership for any needs in the kitchen.- Provide menu ideas and recipes when needed - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -We look forward to meeting you soon and hope you will join our team!
