Job Description:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
--- Manage all Portal access and deactivation activities - including but not limited to verifying training, getting approval from business system owner(s), and working with IT to have accounts created/deactivated.
--- Entry of data in our Account Management system for our new Clinical and Commercial sites while supporting site startup activities, as instructed
--- Provide administrative support in planning events and global meetings; modification and maintenance of administrative tools such as staffing calendar and customer-facing documents
--- Manage upkeep of our SharePoint sites
--- Additional data entry, tracking, or audits as assigned

Skill and Knowledge Requirements:
--- Bachelor's degree
--- Must be highly organized and detailed oriented
--- Must be able to independently prioritize multiple competing tasks and deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
--- Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
--- Strong business acumen
--- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
--- Flexibility in responding to change or business needs
--- Proficient with O365 software, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
