Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Partner Alliance Manager is responsible for driving strategic partner growth
  • Partner with Medable clients to understand their needs/gaps and market trends, and marry that with current product capability (or identifying key unmet market needs), and then designing and executing pilots or proofs-of-concept
  • Build deep relationships with Medable's partners and, leading to growth of business and high customer satisfaction scores
  • Contribute to the creation and development of Medable's training and certification programs in Medable Academy
  • Drive clients to maintain high engagement in, leading to increased enrollment and certifications for each organization
  • Contribute to development of KPIs to proactively assess and manage team and company performance, and optimizes areas of responsibility for highest quality and efficiency
  • For assigned customers/accounts attend steering committees to represent the enablement/partnership appropriately, ensuring that there is visibility for senior leaders of progress as well as risks/issues in order to mitigate and drive successful adoption.
  • When necessary, drive the identification of technical requirements for new products/features/custom solutions, and provide appropriate leadership/oversight to ensure customer success.
  • Oversee and lead a cross-functional team to flawlessly deliver all commitments and obligations to clients on time and on budget
  • Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or guiding them to a solution
  • Effectively oversee and manage the relationship with customer(s) across all areas of Medable's Enablement delivery work with them
  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in depth knowledge of Medable and Medable's products and services
  • Participates and leads development of methods, techniques, SOPs, and evaluation criteria for delivery of Enablement activities to clients, including training, governance, milestones, project plans, etc
  • Work with sales to help close enterprise sales opportunities and establish project timelines
  • Develop strong and lasting relationships with all levels of the customer's organization
  • Identify process improvements to support efficiency and reduce efforts required to fulfill customer needs
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate teams and direct reports. Coach/mentor team members and direct reports as appropriate.
  • Team collaboration skills are deep and across all Medable teams and divisions
  • Visible and vocal leader for Medable, in Customer Success, across the entire company, and in front of all customer
  • Participates in the development of customer support methods, techniques, processes and programs
  • Support customers with planning and identifying best ways to utilize software
  • Establishes strategic plans and objectives
  • Makes decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of objectives
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations and or data is required
  • Proactively educates self on successful methodologies for building team culture and growing colleagues
  • Other duties as assigned
    Experience

    Qualifications
    • Minimum of 6 years of direct experience in building and managing client relationships and partnerships
    • 2+ years of clinical trial or healthcare industry experience, or equivalent
    • Demonstrated experience in managing parallel complex projects and competing priorities
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to work cross departmentally
    • Deep understanding of industry and competitive landscape
    • Proven leader in strategic oversight and process improvement
    • Experience leading large cross-functional delivery teams
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Strategic thinker with sophisticated communication and presentation skills
    • Knowledge of clinical trial software solutions
    • Demonstrated ability to work in areas outside of usual comfort zone and get things done quickly
    • Demonstrated excellence with communication in any and all situations and circumstances
    • Manage complex and competing priorities
    • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
    • Excellent communicators both orally and in writing
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization effectively
    • Proven leader in strategic oversight and process improvement
    • Knowledge of customer service practices
    • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
      Additional Information

      Required Education:

      Bachelor's degree in health care or related field or a combination of education and experience

      Preferred Education/Certifications:

      Master's degree in Computer Science or health-related degree
