Job Description:

Brasmar is looking for their next Key Account Manager for their East Coast locations.
Brasmar is the leading company in Europe, exporting worldwide in seafood sector, concentrating in business in processing octopus, frozen fish, shellfish, cephalopods and codfish.

Job Requirements:
The Key Account Manager responsibilities:
Negotiate the templates of commercial conditions and promotional plans, adjusting to the commercial policy of the company and ensuring the adequate fulfillment of the agreements reached.
Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Establish the appropriate monitoring mechanisms to ensure compliance with plans and objectives, carrying out all the corrective actions at its disposal.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Active presence in the market. Monitoring of the sector and competition.
Representation of the company in fairs and events / commercial presentations of clients.
Coordinates with the different departments of the company in its client portfolio: administration, finance, logistics, quality, and production, ensuring proper internal management.
BSC/BA in Business Administration, sales or relevant field
Proven experience as key account manager in Seafood - Minimum 5 years
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Our mission is to ensure the correct implementation of the commercial policy defined by the Country Commercial Director for the assigned accounts with the aim of achieving the defined goals
