About the Position
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall cultural and
financial health of the business unit for which they have
responsibility. The Store Manager must consistently support the
business through the team, demonstrating strong understandings of
team support, customer service and retail knowledge.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Ensure the financial health of the business unit;
achieve/overachieve gross revenue and net revenue goals by driving
sales and managing expenses
Understand operational metrics; implement plans to achieve
Discuss the operations and results of the business with fluidity
Maximize sales through proper stock rotation, merchandising,
signage, identification of e-commerce merchandise and inventory
levels of new and used goods
Assure a continuous flow of product through production support and
partnership with inventory and new goods; provide the customer with
an excellent assortment
Inspire and actively engage in excellent customer service; both
internal and external
Develop strong working relationships throughout the enterprise;
Attract, hire, develop, inspire and retain top talent; active in
Champion diversity, equity and inclusion; promote the talent and
voices of all people
Education and Experience:
High school graduate or equivalency.
Retail leadership experience of 3+ years.
Experience leading a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based
Must be able to engage and speak to customers and understand their
Skilled understanding of budget metrics.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to develop and
motivating teams to success.
Proven track record in driving sales, profit margin, and P&L
