Program/Project Manager

Job Summary:
The program manager is responsible for the execution of one or more simultaneous complex programs and assists with projects under development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that the right product is developed to meet or exceed company's quality standard and is delivered at the right time.
Facilitate the communication and interaction among the functional representatives, internal and external customers.
Track program against its schedule, and against phase review objectives, reporting status to managers on an as needed basis.
Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated outcomes.
Coordinate with customers to provide necessary program status and obtain customer feedback.
Ensure all measures comply with company standards and procedures
Access risk management strategies
Plan and set project goals and milestones
Clearly define requirements and make targets accordingly
Define resources and schedule for the implementation of the program
Anticipate, detect and solve project issues effectively
Perform team assessment and evaluate them
Design and maintaining project and technical documentation
Recognize areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementing them
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Good understanding of the project management process
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Possess strong analytical skills
Display good leadership skills
He should also have good organization, presentation and customer service skills.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, business or financial discipline.
Previous program management experience.
7+ years progressive project management, and/or process standardization experience
Relevant technical training certifications in computer programming, infrastructure design, etc.
