Program Project Manager

The program manager is responsible for the execution of one or more
simultaneous complex programs and assists with projects under
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that the right product is developed to meet or exceed
company's quality standard and is delivered at the right time.
Facilitate the communication and interaction among the functional
representatives, internal and external customers.
Track program against its schedule, and against phase review
objectives, reporting status to managers on an as needed basis.
Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and
Coordinate with customers to provide necessary program status and
obtain customer feedback.
Ensure all measures comply with company standards and

Plan and set project goals and milestones
Clearly define requirements and make targets accordingly

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, business or
Previous program management experience.
7+ years progressive project management, and/or process
Relevant technical training certifications in computer programming,
infrastructure design, etc.
