Job Description:
UW Medical Center - Northwest has an outstanding opportunity for
a full time (100% FTE, 40 hours per week), day shift ASSISTANT
NURSE MANAGER (Registered Nurse 3) to join our Endoscopy Unit. We
are a high-volume procedural unit with inpatient and outpatient
referrals. The Assistant Nurse Manager will play a key role leading
a growing team that values exceptional patient care and
collaboration.

4x10s. This position will primarily work day shifts, Monday -
Friday, with on call responsibilities as needed to cover sick and
vacation call. On call responsibilities include one weekend per
month.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Nurse Manager is a supervisory position, responsible
for clinical functions, staffing assignments, and care
coordination. The Assistant Nurse Manager will oversee patient
placement and throughput and will act as the main onsite leadership
when administration is not present.
