  • Influencing large organizational aptitude to independently network, learn, and influence cross-functional teams
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Ability to organize, plan, and deliver against key milestonesDescriptionApple Media Products is looking for operational manager to envision and drive tools and processes to support its fast paced growth. Our team is responsible for for running, operating, scaling and supporting the BIGGEST services business in the world. The mission for Service Delivery is to "Empower engineers in Apple to build, run, and evolve services that bring the best user experience to our customers". We are looking for a team player who is able to tackle problems under a tight deadline constraints and deliver imaginative solutions. Responsibilities will include: Lead planning for strategy and goals for the Service Delivery organization Lead planning for key initiatives, working with Engineering, Project Management, Product, HR and Business Shepherd metrics and KPIs that will help drive and improve organization effectiveness vs business objectives Lead yearly, quarterly reviews, with tracking of goals Drive org communications on set cadence and across key initiatives Lead processing and tooling initiatives for standardization across the organization Drive efforts for improving organizational morale and healthEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related field 10+ years of industry experienceAdditional Requirements
