Our team builds and manages the critical infrastructure and services that the Microsoft Federal businesses run on. As customer zero, we use and experience the services we sell to our Federal Customers and share best practices with them. Our goal is to bring innovative solutions that deftly balance the complex and ever evolving security and compliance requirements with the need to be agile and productive across our value chain and within our collaboration environment.The SAP Principal Product Manager operates across multiple feature areas and divisional boundaries to:Anticipate customers' needs and market opportunities for enhancements or development of new products/services via quantitative and qualitative analyses * Demonstrate and build experiences * Define and evangelize others around driving significant business impact across the organization * Track success criteria, performance metrics and provide clarity on the fundamentals *Serve as an expert in identifying data-informed, long-term or overall solution-level investment opportunities * Evaluate tradeoffs and prioritize investments in consultation with cross organizational partners * Influence and drive engagement with cross-functional internal partnerships, external partners, including early-adopting customers, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders to gather input and garner support for product/service vision, strategy, and roadmap * Define the feature set and partner with Design teams to connect multiple design factors *Own and drive the roadmap * Collaborate with partner team to build golden configurations, lead scenario walkthroughs and thought exercises.Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
