About the team Our team is the strategic owner behind defining
the vision and programs to create the z2.0 partner (agent) network
and deliver on Zillow's promise of an integrated, seamless, and
delightful customer experience. We are thought leaders, setting the
vision, designing the programs, and driving the projects for our
partner strategy to coincide with buying, selling, financing
business goals that are wholly or partially dependent on partners.
This is a cross functional team who sits at the intersection of
customer offerings and external distribution channels that delivers
those offerings. As part of the Partner Success org, we are laser
focused on the design and strategy of creating and maintaining a
strong and healthy partner network that will help achieve z2.0
transformation and provide consistent, outstanding service to
buyers and sellers. About the role The Senior Partner Strategy
Manager will contribute to the success of Zillow by designing and
driving partner (agent) related initiatives. You'll play an
integral role in achieving the Zillow 2.0 vision by defining future
Zillow partners and developing critical business initiatives that
attract, enable, and support them, which compliment and align to
our customer offerings. A strong Senior Partner Strategy Manager
takes a hypothesis driven approach when solving complex problems,
builds expertise with each project and generously supports others
along the way. The Senior Partner Strategy Manager proactively
identifies problems, leads idea generation, and defines analyses
required to size and implement solutions to strengthen our Zillow
2.0 partner base. Comfort with quantitative and qualitative
analysis, ability to break down and solve complex and ambiguous
problems, clearly communicate takeaways, influence stakeholders,
and drive projects forward will enable success in this role. The
role combines analytical, operational and strategic expertise to
develop and drive partner strategies, leading everything from
day-to-day operations to driving high-priority initiatives to
tackling strategic questions.
* Set the vision, design programs, and drive the partner strategy
that both enables and complements customer product offerings across
all businesses (e.g., buying, selling, financing customer
offerings) -
* Develop and lead strategic projects, manage workstreams, and own
overall efforts, including project plans, recommendations, impact
analyses, day-to-day management, report outs, and cross-functional
alignment -
* Explore and validate strategic solutions and new concepts for our
partners that can be incorporated into the broader business
strategy, translating your ideas into action by developing
strategic insights through problem solving, analysis and
internal/external research to create a recommendation and then test
it out by creating strategic pilots and/or proof-of-concepts
* Develop structured presentations/memos that detail challenges,
benefits, risks, analyses performed, and recommendations
* Proactively identify, define, develop, and champion opportunities
to strengthen our relationships with partners -
* Build trusted relationships and partner closely with Sales,
Marketing, Product, Operations and Data Science teams to bring
ideas to life -
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote"
employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and,
instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must
be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50
US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee
in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or
time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

* 6+ years of relevant experience with at least 4 year working in
management consulting, strategy, or operations at a fast-paced,
rapidly growing company -
* Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance or equivalent
experience required
* MBA preferred
