This role allows you to work from anywhere you choose across the
U.S. (excluding U.S. territories), with the flexibility to work
from the Seattle HQ office as often as you'd like.
Your role and impact
In this role, you will drive the execution of Workforce Management
(WFM) strategy to deliver exceptional patient experiences 24/7. You
will play a critical role in the management of all tools and
processes used to deliver WFM capabilities, from business planning
through scheduling and real time management of clinicians. You will
also work closely with clinician leadership to optimize clinician
work-life balance while meeting service levels.
The role requires hands-on management of capacity planning and
scheduling processes. You will develop and manage staffing
requirements and capacity models, delivering staffing plans and
clinic performance analyses for stakeholders across the
organization. You will execute all scheduling processes to optimize
clinic performance.
You will play a key role in the advancement of the WFM function,
delivering insights through analyses and reporting across the
company. You will also drive tool development and participate in
process improvement activities.
