This role allows you to work from anywhere you choose across the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories), with the flexibility to work from the Seattle HQ office as often as you'd like.
Your role and impact

In this role, you will drive the execution of Workforce Management (WFM) strategy to deliver exceptional patient experiences 24/7. You will play a critical role in the management of all tools and processes used to deliver WFM capabilities, from business planning through scheduling and real time management of clinicians. You will also work closely with clinician leadership to optimize clinician work-life balance while meeting service levels.
The role requires hands-on management of capacity planning and scheduling processes. You will develop and manage staffing requirements and capacity models, delivering staffing plans and clinic performance analyses for stakeholders across the organization. You will execute all scheduling processes to optimize clinic performance.
You will play a key role in the advancement of the WFM function, delivering insights through analyses and reporting across the company. You will also drive tool development and participate in process improvement activities.

Responsibilities


  • Provide WFM expertise while communicating closely with teams across the organization
  • Analyze trends and manage staffing models used for long term planning and scheduling
  • Develop management dashboards and reporting
  • Perform business reviews covering staffing and clinic performance
  • Be part of our on-call rotation during non-business hours for emergency support

    Qualifications


    • 2+ years in a workforce management role, with bias towards Contact Center or Healthcare experience
    • Succinct and professional written/verbal communication
    • Experience in scheduling and logistics -
    • Must be willing to support a 24/7 operation which involves on-call and occasionally work a flexible schedule
    • Intermediate knowledge of workforce management theory and best practice
    • Hands-on experience managing data and reporting, including experience with SQL and Tableau
    • Ability to apply quantitative analysis techniques, including statistical modeling
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, experience identifying problems and working towards solutions

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree preferred, concentration in business/engineering/statistics/finance preferred
