ABOUT CONSTRUCTION DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Founded in 1993, Construction Dispute Resolution, Inc. (CDR) is a
well-known and respected firm of construction experts in Seattle
whose focus is the resolution of disputes involving the purchase,
sale, development, construction or remodeling of real property. -We
provide expert consulting and forensic services, a detailed and
objective analysis of the issues, recommendations for completion of
work, a focused approach toward settlement, mediation, and
arbitration.
ABOUT THE ROLE
CDR is searching for a driven individual with experience in
construction management, civil or structural engineering, or
architecture to join their team -as Senior Case Manager. -As
-Senior Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing client
relationships, investigation and documentation of client concerns,
conducting industry research, preparing detailed reports, and
providing testimony in deposition, mediation, trial, and
arbitration. You will also be involved in executive level
decisions, business strategy and management, and will have an
opportunity to grow into a leadership role. This is a great

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform thorough investigation and research to develop expert
opinions on construction disputes
Interview client and/or client's representative to gain
understanding of each unique situation
Schedule and conduct onsite investigations for purpose of
documentation, capturing photo and video evidence for
documentation
Maintain professional and detailed documentation of all research
and interviews
Review and organize information from various sources relevant to
developing expert opinions to be offered -in reports, -at
deposition, trial, or arbitration
Prepare written reports identifying the issue, detailing the
investigative -and -research work done, observations made, opinions
developed, and scope of work to correct
Provide testimony in deposition, mediation, trial, and
arbitration
Provide review of peer case manager reports before sending to
clients
Provide direction and guidance to other case managers
Complete a monthly review -of -all cases with other case
managers
Work with leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to
review and make decisions regarding financials, completed cases,
employee relations, company policies, and other business level
topics.
Promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, respect, and equality
in work and leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years deep experience in a construction field
Direct management experience leading a team of 5+ people
Experience with or practical knowledge of HR practices and
policies
Basic understanding of legal process, terminology, and role of
expert
Desire to contribute to the growth and leadership of an
established, successful business
