Job Description:
The Food & Beverage Warehouse Manager oversees purchasing,
receiving, and loading dock functions for all TSVI Food & Beverage
departments and will help to develop procedures related to the
procurement of goods and services to ensure accurate inventory and
cost controls. Responsible for planning and directing materials and
supplies to reduce costs and improve quality as well as training,
hiring, and coaching a warehouse staff.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Resort Center receiving dock by managing incoming
deliveries
- Motivate and coach warehouse staff
- Assist with new employee onboarding and training
- Organize team roles and evaluate warehouse employee
performance
- Assist in counting and completion of end-of-month inventory
processes
- Oversee the F&B storeroom inventory, organization,
security, and outlet requisition process
- Assist in receiving invoices, invoice coding, and weekly
invoice batch submission to Accounting
- Help to manage storeroom bulk inventories by monitoring par
levels and projected business
- Aid in keeping strong vendor relationships by communicating
with representatives and/or drivers to keep and maintain an
organized receiving schedule
- Oversee outlet requisition process including requisition
receipt, fulfillment, and delivery
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items,
record shortages, and communicate shortages to Hospitality
Controller
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of storage
areas and dock
- Maintain inter-departmental transfers & events transfer logs on
a weekly basis
- Help to maintain F&B truck to TSVI standards of proper
repair, maintenance, and use
- Ensure proper recycling procedures are adhered to
- Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues and oversee return
process
- Adhere to food safety and handling policies and procedures in
all food-related areas
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to
manager; complete safety training and certifications.
- Maintain storeroom refrigerators and freezers within Health
Department Standards.
- Reliable attendance on all scheduled workdays

Qualifications/Knowledge:
- Candidate must already have or be willing to obtain a New
Mexico Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
- Candidate must already have or be willing to obtain a New
Mexico Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Ambition to grow into a higher position
- Minimum 1 years experience in Shipping/Receiving preferred
- Ability to communicate in a positive and productive manner
while completing duties
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends,
holidays, and evenings.
Work Environment:
Taos Ski Valley, Inc. is often a fast-paced work environment,
especially during Holiday and Peak days. TSVI is located in a
high-altitude alpine environment. Position may require travel on
uneven, snow-packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet,
cold, and/or humid conditions. Must be able to work in close
quarters and with other staff.
