Job Description:
Summary Leads all business development marketing activities of
the organization in support of all aspects of the ecommerce
business. This includes strategizing, planning, developing, and
executing content plans, overseeing the generation of promotional
materials and campaigns, monitoring performance analytics, website
traffic and product performance, among other things. Directs the
overall marketing efforts including support of product marketing,
market research, internet-related marketing, and advertising. Will
oversee performance of market analyses; participate in trade shows
and industry-related events as a representative of the
organization. This position is also responsible for working with U
management to gather the marketing priorities and content and
molding this direction into finished communication. Essential
Duties And Responsibilities Manages and oversee the organization's
e-commerce business efforts and resources and provides leadership
to ensure production and quality of work meets company goals and
standards. Collaborates with senior management and staff on the
design and implementation of website marketing plans. Develops
plans and project on various marketing strategies to promote
services to online customers to assure achievement of
sales/business development strategies and goals. Orchestrate all
aspects of a strategic ecommerce plan. Combine existing expertise
in sales, marketing, technology, and management to deliver a
superior brand and shopping experience for all customers. Oversee
the ecommerce website of a brand. Manage the overall user
experience, including site navigation, content development,
checkout funnel and promotional campaigns. Be a key component in
developing the effective planning and execution of an ecommerce
strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure QA and
timely publishing of all web content. Participate in building and
directing a team of ecommerce professionals that can effectively
help develop and execute creative ecommerce solutions. Direct
integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion
rates, overall order size and managing margin performance across a
variety of product lines. Own and manage Internet marketing
solutions, social media integration, SEO and other monitoring
methodologies and analytics. Provide thought leadership,
innovation, and process optimization initiatives such as
implementing ecommerce software and other industry best practices.
Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity beyond current brand
offering. See to it that all the online transactions are carried
out according to the rules decided by the government. Other Duties

Bachelor---s or master---s degree in marketing, in business or a
related field or equivalent experience Seasoned professional in the
digital retailing market, B2B and B2C experience a plus. A
self-described data wizard-able to interpret data and draw
conclusions to implement new ecommerce strategies. Customer
Research and Data: Knowledge of researching and managing the
research of consumer opinions and marketing approaches to aid in
performance measurement. Proven leader with experience both
managing teams and execution of large eCommerce projects. Strong
leadership & team building skills. Team Leadership: Demonstrated
ability to lead a full-scope marketing team and cross-functional
project team throughout development and execution of a marketing
project. Proven strong business judgment and decision-making
skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest
impact initiatives. Proven success developing, executing, and
maintaining sophisticated digital commerce brand strategies by
leveraging Proven general business management ability including
marketing, finance, and people management as they apply to a
sales/business development group. Excellent verbal and written
communications skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving
skills and project/time management Proven organizational abilities
and presentation skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Positive
attitude, ability to create, maintain, and manage multiple projects
while maintaining strong attention to detail. Proven working
experience in marketing, particularly within the industry
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing
database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and
constraints Minimum of 7 years of experience leading effective
Marketing and Promotions efforts Deep interest and knowledge in
blogs and social media/content marketing. SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITY Leads the marketing team. TRAVEL Occasional travel
