from home opportunity from Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
(PST). Local Splash is looking for a Revenue Director to join our
team The Revenue Director will coordinate and develop sales
strategies to facilitate the overall revenue generation for all
sales channels. In this position, the Revenue Director will
maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market while
identifying opportunities for new products and services. The ideal
candidate for this role has both analytical and creative thinking
skills. Solid experience in managing a proven team of Sales
Executives within the SaaS or Digital Marketing space. Familiar
with implementing or setting up SaaS CRM solutions such as Hubspot,
Salesforce. Have working knowledge of attaining lead and filtering
sources while thriving on tight deadlines and changing needs.
Responsibilities Drive product adoption and promotion ---
Collaborate in the development of new products. Compose, develop,
evaluate and implement new revenue generation channels and sales
funnels leveraging inbound marketing leads and social media
platforms. Conduct analytics and research --- Gather and analyze
information to identify new markets and customers, demand for
products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns
and strategies. Projections and reports --- Perform sales
forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale
and profitability of products. Conduct pricing research, evaluate
financial aspects of product development and create weekly reports.
Phone System & Lead list management --- Review lead generation
sources, analyze lead generation results to create high conversion
lead lists Requirements Bachelor---s degree in Business, Marketing
or a related field required At least three years of experience in a
related field At least three years experience managing associates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent
interpersonal and customer service skills Superb organizational
skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets Understanding of
principles/methods used to promote, display, and sell products and
services Proficient with Google Workspace Demonstrate our core
values when handling confidential client information Strive to meet
and exceed weekly and monthly metrics and goals Experience with
Vicidial, Paylocity, Zoiper, Drift Marketing preferred Benefits
OTE: $80,000 $160,000 a year DOE Full-time opportunity: Monday -
Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm (PST). No weekends Incentives such as
